Leslie W. Paine (1891 - 1969) was a long-time resident of Canadice NY, its Justice of the Peace for many years and a loyal member of the Canadice Methodist Church. He was a large man, physically, mentally and morally. Those who knew him were fortunate indeed. (An editor’s note from the Canadice Chronicle where his prose pieces were published.)
