Lewis E. Badger, aged 50 years, father of Floyd Badger of Clifton Springs, died at his home on West Gibson Street, Canandaigua, on Sunday, after a long illness.
He is survived by four sons and three daughters, also one brother.
The funeral was held on Tuesday, with Rev. William E. Seares officiating. Burial was made at Canadice.
The remains of Lewis Badger were interred in Canadice cemetery Tuesday. Mr. Badger was an old resident of this place, having spent all the earlier part of his life here.
Of a family of eight only one brother, George, of Wayland survives. He also leaves his wife and seven children.
The funeral services were held in Canandaigua at 2 p. m. Tuesday.
