Livonia - Albert B. Case, 80, of Livonia died at his home on Branch street, Tuesday evening, following a shock which he suffered last Friday night and from which he never regained consciousness.
He was very active for his years, working at his trade as painter and paper hanger. He put in a long day’s work previous to his being stricken in the evening.
Mr. Case was born in Honeoye, Aug. 5, 1859, and was the son of Solomon and Anstena Case. He married Miss Alice Kelly, Oct. 6, 1875. The couple lived in Canadice until they came to Livonia in 1896, where he had since resided. Mr. and Mrs. Case celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in 1935. Mrs. Case died in 1936.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon (Friday) at 2:30 at the home, the Rev. A. M. Griffing of the Livonia Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery, Springwater.
Mr. Case is survived by two daughters, Mrs. J. E. Barber of Wayland, and Miss Estella Case of Rochester, one son, Kenneth, also of Rochester; one sister, Mrs. Fred A. White, of Webster Crossing; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Alice Case of Livonia died yesterday in the home of her daughter, Mr. J. E. Barber in Wayland.
Surviving are her husband Albert; another daughter, Miss Estelle Case; a son, Kenneth, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the home at Livonia.
