Kenneth G. Fisher, 83, of Main Street in Springwater died Friday (Apr. 26, 1991) in Noyes Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 22, 1907, in Greece, a son of Purley and Edith Fisher, he was predeceased by his wife, Lucille, who died Nov. 2, 1981.
Prior to retirement, he was employed by the City of Rochester for 45 years. A life-long resident of the Canadice-Springwater area, he was a member of the Springwater United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Barry of Conesus; a daughter, Blythe Ann Gear of Hogensville, Ky.; three sisters, Eva Benson of Buffalo, Grace Holmes of Springwater and Winifred Fisher of Buffalo; two brothers, Claude and Art, both of Tampa, Fla.; six grandchildren; niece and nephews.
A funerarl service was conducted Tuesday afternoon in the Springwater United Methodist Church with the Rev. Stephen Porter officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Springwater, with arrangements by the St. George-Stanton Funeral Home of Wayland.

Lucille E. Fisher, 71, of 7705 Main St., Springwater, died Monday (Nov. 2, 1981) in her home following a long illness.
Mrs. Fisher was a native of Conesus and resided in the Springwater area for the past 50 years. She was a member of the Springwater Methodist Church and was a teacher in the Wayland Central School system for 41 years. She retired in 1972.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth; a son, Barry of Conesus; a daughter, Mrs. Blythe Ann Gear of Radcliff, Ky.; six grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Perkins and Mrs. Thelma Clapp, both of Springwater; two brothers, Fred Holmes of Dansville and Gerald Holmes of Springwater; nieces and nephews.
A funeral service at the convenience of the family will be conducted in the Springwater Methodist Church. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Springwater, with arrangements by the St. George-Stanton Funeral Home of Wayland.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Fund or the Springwater Ambulance Corps.
