Stanley E. Snyder, 79, life long and well known resident of the town of Springwater, died at his home on the Marvin Hill road Tuesday. He had been in poor health for the past six years. He was born in Springwater May 30, 1860, the son of Nelson and Fannie Root Snyder.
He is survived by his wife, Adora Frarey Snyder; two sons, Raymond E. of Rochester and Roy of Springwater; one sister, Mrs. Alma Walker of Wayland and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Snyder had been a long time member of Livingston lodge, I. O. O. F., No. 727, of Springwater.
Funeral services will be held at the home Friday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock, daylight saving time, Rev. H. I. Chattin officiating, and burial will be in the Green Gull cemetery.

Mrs. J. Adora Snyder, 78, died in Rochester on May 27. She was the widow of Stanley Snyder, who died 13 years ago. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Frarey.
Surviving are two sons, Raymond of Rochester and Roy of Springwater; a nephew, Carl Frarey; two grand-nieces and two grand-nephews. A son, Fred, serving in the merchant marine, was lost at sea on June 14, 1919.
Services were held at Baird Funeral home in Wayland on Sunday. Rev. David E. Haglun of South Ave. Baptist church, Rochester, officiated and burial was in Clearview cemetery, North Cohocton.

Survivors are two sons, Raymond Snyder of Rochester and Roy Snyder of Springwater; also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services, were conducted in the Baird Funeral Home, in Wayland, Sunday at 3:00 p.m. The Rev. David E. Haglum, pastor of the South Avenue Baptist Church, Rochester, officiated. Burial was in Clearview Cemetery, North Cohocton.
