Canadice - An accident befel Alpheus Struble, a son of John Struble of Canadice, on Saturday, which resulted fatally. The boy worked for Alvin McCrossen and on that day toward dark started to drive the cows from the lot. He was found some time afterwards with his skull broken, which is supposed to have been the result of a kick from a horse. Drs. Becker of Hemlock, and Richmond of this village, attended the injured boy, but he only lived until the following Monday. He was about fifteen years old, and his sudden taking off is sad indeed for his parents and friends.
