Judy Tripp-Neu lives in Springwater NY. She has taken these photographs near the head of Hemlock Lake just north of the village of Springwater. This area is a part of the Hemlock-Canadice Lakes State Forest which is pristine and yet easily accessible from State route 15A. There are several trails that lead to views of the lake and its nature.

Judy is one of the historians for Springwater NY and is very active at the Kern-Robinson post of the American Legion. Judy is also the editor and publisher of the community news column “Valley View”.
