Theodore M. Henry, of Hemlock, died March 16, 1981 at the home of his son, Ralph Henry II on Adams Rd., Hemlock at the age of 79.
He was born Oct. 22, 1901 the son of Eugene and Ida McGaffee Henry.
He was an active farmer prior to his retirement; a member of the Hemlock Fire Department; former member and past president of both Hemlock and Livonia School Boards; member of Hemlock Grange; member of the IOOF in Avon.
His wife pre-deceased him. He is survived by two sons, Theodore of Livonia, Ralph of Hemlock; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Ruth) Gladding of Hemlock, Mrs. Marian Murry of Houston, Tex., and Mrs. Stewart (Laura) of North Canandaigua; 18 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Harriet Schwarzenback of Andover, Mrs. Richard (Gertrude) Iversen of Penn Yan; five brothers, Roscoe of Rochester, Charles of New Jersey, Lewis of Hudson, Ellis of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Howard of Livonia; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held today at 11 a.m. at Browne-Drowne Funeral Home. The Rev. Natalie Hansen will officiate.
Burial will be in Curtis Cemetery, Honeoye, at the convenience of the family.

Mrs. Onnolee J. Henry of 4568 Main St., Hemlock passed away in Canandaigua, Wednesday, Feb. 2, 1977. She was born in Richmond, Nov. 19, 1899, the daughter of George E. and Harriet Harder Purcell.
Mrs. Henry was a member of the Hemlock Baptist Church, Hemlock Rebekah Lodge, Hemlock Grange and the Hemlock Community Church Club.
She is survived by her husband, Theodore M. Henry; two sons, Theodore H., South Livonia and Ralph E. of Hemlock; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Ruth) Gladding of Hemlock, Mrs. (Marian) Murray, Houston, Tex., and Mrs. Stewart (Lora) North, Canandaigua; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Hemlock Baptist Church Saturday afternoon, Feb. 5. The Rev. Albert Milroy and the Rev. Elmer Grow officiated with interment in the Curtis Cemetery.
Arrangements were by the Brown Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hemlock Baptist Church.
