Adelbert Struble, aged 72, died at his home on Tuesday evening, October 6th, 1931. He was born in the town of Richmond, but the greater share of his life had been spent in Canadice. He was a son of Hope Huff and Simeon Struble.
He is survived by a brother and a sister, Hermon Struble, of Canadice, and Mrs. Elizabeth Cronin, of Richmond; also four nieces and three nephews.
His wife passed away few years ago; also two sisters and one brother preceded him to their last home.
The funeral was held from the home on Friday, Rev. Mr. Conklin, of Springwater, officiating. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery, Springwater, beside his wife.
The out-of-town attendants at the funeral were Libbie Struble, Howard Struble, of Conesus Lake; Leon Struble, of Dansville, and Marcus Ingraham, of Springwater.
The death of Adelbert Struble occurred at his home Tuesday night at 11:15 o’clock. Mr. Struble had been in failing health but was around and worked part of the time until last Saturday, when he was taken down. Heart trouble was the cause of his death.
He was born in the town of Richmond seventy-two years ago July 31st, the oldest son of Simon and Hopey Struble. On January 20, 1900, he was united in marriage to Jennie West of Springwater, who died two years ago last May.
He leaves one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Cronin of Richmond; one brother, Herman of Canadice; four nieces and two nephews, besides friends and neighbors, who will miss his kindly presence among them.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon from the home with burial in the Evergreen cemetery.

The death of Mrs. Jennie West Struble occurred at her home Tuesday, May 14th, after an illness of nearly three weeks. She was born in the town of Richmond about seventy-seven years ago. Her life was spent in Richmond, Canadice and Springwater.
Mrs. Struble was a member of the Advent church at Springwater and the Canadice Ladies’ Aid. She was a friend to all who knew her and was always a friend to those in need.
She leaves her husband, Adelbert Struble; a brother, Samuel West of Springwater; two nephews, Sidney and Earl Armstrong of Wayland; one niece, Miss West of Springwater, besides many friends who mourn the lose of a dear one.
Arrangements have not been completed for the funeral.

She is survived by her husband, Adelbert Struble; one brother, Samuel West, of Springwater; two nephews and one niece.
Faithful and true could well be said of the deceased. Funeral services were held from the home on Friday. Burial was made in the Evergreen cemetery, Springwater.
